Suggested Use: Take one tablespoonful or teaspoonful daily, or as directed by your health care professional. To measure a level teaspoonful or tablespoonful: Lightly fill the scoop with powder and pass a straight knife over the top, brushing the excess powder back into the bottle.
AMINO-VIL may be mixed into food such as applesauce or yogurt, or dissolved into warm water with patience.
To dissolve in water: For each level tablespoonful add one cupful (8 oz) of warm water into an oversized bottle, so there is about as much air in the bottle as there is water. Shake vigorously for several minutes until all the AMINO-VIL powder has completely dissolved (powder will not be visible). Concentrated juices may be added for flavor. Use the dissolved AMINO-VIL the same day it is prepared.
